Description :

Sebum-akt Bar is an antiseptic cleanser bar that cleanses and deodorizes skin and is suitable for all types of skin.

Clinical Pharmacology :

Allantoin 0.2% promotes cell proliferation , aiding to healing process and thereby acts as a Skin Protectant.Allantoin also stimulates the epidermal layer of the skin and is also called chemical debrider as it cleans away necrotic tissue, hastening the growth of new healthy tissue.Allantoin is a good astringent,helps in healing and also softens and moisturizes the skin. 0.25% Tea Tree Oil displays a number of remarkable properties as a natural deep cleansing,antibacterial,antiseptic as well as immuno-stimulant agent. Tea Tree Oil dries and clears acne blemishes,blackheads and whiteheads and wipes off excess sebum from skin fighting the effects of grease,excess sweat ,harmful bacteria,fighting the effects of environmental dirt. Vitamin E softens skin,prevents wrinkling and protects skin against sun rays from harmful UV damage. Zinc Oxide acts as a physical sunscreen blocking and screening harmful UV rays.

Indications :

Sebum-akt Bar,as an antiseptic cleanser bar dries and clears acne blemishes,blackheads and whiteheads and wipes off excess oil from skin therefore has been indicated for maintaining a healthy skin regimen for the management of all grades of Acne.

Directions of use :

• Use on face or other affected areas
• Wash and massage creamy lather into skin
• Rinse thoroughly
• Use 2-3 times daily

Caution :

Avoid contact with eyes.Flush with water if lather enters eyes.If irritation persisists,consult the Dermatologist.

Sebum-akt Gel

Composition:

• Clindamycin Phosphate 1%: This medication is used to treat acne. It helps to decrease the number of acne lesions. Clindamycin is an antibiotic which works by stopping the growth of bacteria.
• Nicotinamide 4% : Nicotinamide has an anti-inflammatory effect which is helpful in the treatment of acne

Dosage And Application

• Apply to the affected area twice daily, or as recommended by the physician.
• Use regularly.

Sebum-akt Duo Gel

• Hydrous benzoyl peroxide, equlvalent to Anhydrous Benzoyl Peroxide 25 mg, Adapalene BP 1 mg in gel base.
• Adapalene A retinoid-type compound works by decreasing inflammation keratinization
• Benzoyl Peroxide relases oxygen free radicals to oxidize bacterial proteins and decrease anaerobic bacteria in the sebaceous follicles.

Dosage And Application

To be applied as directed by the physician.
